Our real estate and construction teams help you find the best fit, from site selection to size and layout of the building, all the way through to construction and, eventually, installation of the equipment and attractive decor package. We have data to help you make decisions about square footage based on your market demographics, but since you’re the owner, your input regarding the final decision is critical. It’s up to you if you lease or buy real estate and if you prefer a free-standing building or an in-line/end-cap option.

FREE-STANDING MODEL

Free-standing model restaurant

Many of our restaurants follow this highly-recognizable 4,800 – 6,200 sq. ft. model with seating for up to 250 guests.

Basic real estate specifications:
  • Good access & visibility
  • 100 – 120 parking places minimum
  • Traffic count – minimum 15,000 vehicles per day
  • Preference of high retail area/restaurant row
  • Signage (minimum of 2 building signs plus a monument sign)
  • Ability to “brand” exterior to Pizza Ranch standards
  • 1.4 – 1.7 acres for ground-up restaurant

IN-LINE/END-CAP

In-line/End-cap restaurant

Maintaining the distinct Pizza Ranch® design, strip center in-line or end-cap spaces are retrofitted to Pizza Ranch standards.

Basic real estate specifications:
  • Good access & visibility
  • 100 – 120 parking places minimum
  • Traffic count – minimum 15,000 vehicles per day
  • Preference of high retail area/restaurant row
  • Signage (minimum of 2 building signs plus a monument sign)
  • Ability to “brand” exterior to Pizza Ranch standards
