Our experienced real estate and construction teams will not only help you choose your Ranch’s location, but also help you manage the construction and interior design stages. We have specific site criteria to ensure your restaurant is easily visible and conveniently located, and your guests have an authentic Pizza Ranch experience.
After that, the real fun begins. Once you’ve chosen your site, we’ll get started walking you through everything you’ll need to know about our operations, products and culture to get you ready to run your very own Pizza Ranch.
Once construction of your restaurant begins, you start your training adventure with a comprehensive 5-week program. You are immersed in our culture, processes and products. You’ll split your time between classroom and in-restaurant training where we will cover topics like operations, management and marketing. To get you started, we focus on standards, hiring, training and financial management specific to the restaurant industry and our proven business model.
During the weeks leading up to your grand-opening, you’ll learn about food orders, scheduling, the point-of-sale system and more. You and your crew will connect over hands-on in-store training as you prepare to open your fast-paced restaurant.
We’re constantly developing, so you’ll be constantly learning. We thoroughly test all enhancements and additions to our products and procedures, so while change should be anticipated in an agile business environment, you can trust we’re not just throwing pizza at the wall to see what sticks. It’s been tested, tried, and proven.

A Franchisee Business Consultant (FBC) will swing by your restaurant about once a month to visit with you and make sure you and your restaurant are comfortable and content. You can also schedule an appointment with an FBC outside of their scheduled visit if you need a hand with anything.
The Franchisee Advisory Council (FAC) is a group of Pizza Ranch franchisees nominated by their peers – your peers – to represent your interests and needs. They’ve always got the ear of leadership and are dedicated to acting on your behalf and being your voice if and when you need it.
We know that you want to know how we’re going to help you get guests in your restaurant. Well, from tv commercials, print and digital advertising to public relations, and our consumer website, we raise awareness to motivate guests to try Pizza Ranch and remind them to come back again. We continually invest in national marketing initiatives including professionally designed collateral that can be customized and printed on-demand for your local community.
We invest in culinary research and development to keep our menu current, delicious and exciting so when guests come back for our award-winning, crispy chicken and incredible pizzas, they can also try something new. We’re committed to using the best, freshest ingredients and developing proprietary recipes that can’t be enjoyed anywhere else.
Our franchisees use our internal accounting service, PR Financial. Not only does this keep costs down for you, but by collecting data from all our franchisees, we can share information so you know how you are performing against your peers.
