One of Market Force’s writers wrote the article, entitled “Chances Are You’ve Never Heard of America’s New Favorite Pizza Chain,” for the website’s food section. The article was informed by a national food survey conducted by Market Force Information, a global leader in customer experience and market research.
Market Force’s survey polled nearly 11,500 people in five categories (burgers, sandwiches, Mexican, pizza, and chicken). Even with a category as broad as “pizza” and not “pizza buffet franchise” or “buffet franchise,” Pizza Ranch was America’s favorite! We even beat Papa Murphy’s (which ranked #2), the previous year’s winner, Marco’s (#3), Domino’s (#4), and Papa John’s (#5). And unlike those other pizza chains, we also have The Country’s Best Chicken™ that’s loved by our guests.
It’s a good reminder for us, current Pizza Ranch Franchise Owners, and prospective Franchise Owners looking at franchise opportunities, to not lose sight of guest preferences. While crunching numbers on initial investment costs, ROI, unit averages, and all the rest, there’s one number that means more: being #1 with guests.
