For the third year in a row, Pizza Ranch was named in Newsweek’s list of Best Customer Service, ranking #1 in the Buffet category for 2021. Based on the results of an independent survey of more than 25,000 U.S. customer, the final assessment and rankings were based on the Likelihood to Recommend score and 5 criteria including quality of communication, professional competence, range of services, customer focus, and accessibility.
