Everybody knows that a Pizza Ranch franchise is a great meeting place for groups, both big and small. So, when we hosted over 1,000 people and their families from more than 200 Pizza Ranch restaurants for our conference this June, it was heralded as a great experience for all—getting the highest ratings from attendees in the last five years.
Franchise Owners were able to network and attend break-out sessions discussing action items that could be immediately implemented when the Franchise Owners and Managers returned to their Pizza Ranch franchise restaurants. Topics like the FunZone Arcade, team member training, and menu innovations kept Franchise Owners engaged and imagining more ways to make Pizza Ranch America’s Favorite Pizza Chain.
There were also lots of kudos for our keynote speaker, Naval Commander and best-selling author, Mike Abrashoff, as he rallied the crowd with his thoughts on organizational transformation and innovative leadership.
Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins spoke about eating at Pizza Ranch with his grandparents as a child and how his personal mission and vision aligns with that of Pizza Ranch. He also generously offered to take pictures with Franchise Owners and their family members.
Families are an important part of the Pizza Ranch franchise guest base, so the conference also featured a family-night meal, live band, and trip to nearby Adventureland.
Attendees can look forward to next year’s conference, which will be held at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells.
