Orange City, IA – Pizza Ranch Inc. announced that Jason Lechner, Jael Miller, and Phil Kuiken employees of The Pizza Ranch Support Center have been awarded the prestigious Spirit Award at the company’s National Conference Awards Banquet held in Wisconsin Dells, WI on Tuesday, June 11th. This accolade celebrates their remarkable dedication to embodying the vision and mission of Pizza Ranch, and reflecting an extraordinary spirit of hospitality, service, and excellence.
Jason, Jael, and Phil are curators of Foundations, a 4-day workshop at The Pizza Ranch Support Center that speaks not just on operational excellence but teaching leadership with a heart-focus showing genuine care and intentionality for all those working and serving in our restaurants. “The work that they are doing is not only growing and bettering our restaurants, but furthering the Kingdom of God,” said Scott Schell, Chief Relations Officer of Pizza Ranch. “Pizza Ranch is a better company because of people that choose to be extraordinary every day. I’m proud of the huge impact they have made on the true meaning of Spirit of Pizza Ranch.”
The workshop helps new and seasoned managers become better leaders by learning several different hard skills and soft skills that will apply to their daily, weekly, and monthly work and life. In the process, the attendees learn from multiple subject-matter-experts and can network with members of the Pizza Ranch leadership team and department heads.
